Brasov Invest Park is a project developed by BLP SA, with real estate activity in Brasov County (primary developer and promoter).

As per today, in relation to this site, our company has:

- purchased a number of small plots of agricultural land and merged them into a single property;
- have registered the process at the local Land Registry;
- obtained a topographic & geological expertise over the land;
- assured the approval of a Master Planning (PUZ) in order to transform the land into “land for building purpose”;
- obtained a dismemberment of the land in small pieces (plots) for easing the later building and permitting processes and registered it into the local Land Registry;
- subcontracted the elaboration of the documentation in order to bring utilities on the land;

What we intend to do further: either sell the project (probably to a secondary real estate developer) or find an equity partner, with whom we will continue to increase the value of the project;

Our operations and activities are mainly sub-contracted and we act as a “virtual entity” by collaborating with relevant companies (for example, topographical studies are executed by a firm authorized by OCPI/ANCPI, the Master Plan is executed by a specialized company, geological technical studies are executed by a geodesic firm, the project on installations are made by authorized entities, etc.)
