Utilities in right place and right capacity are a must for a project so important.

Electricity network is in the near vicinity (near DN 1). There is an aerial medium voltage network and thus the electricity supply is easy and cheap (it involves passing of an underground cable under DN1).

The gas network is actually on the site, as Brasov main Transgaz pipe (high capacity) transits the park from NV to SE making quite easy the access to natural gas, by using a reduction pressure station (SRM).

The needed water is supplied through drilling. In one corner of the site has been drilled a drill and the water is inside.

The current PUZ (approved by the Brasov County Council), the waste water treatment will be made in a self-provided sewage station that can be built at a distance of about 250 m of the site (in order to reduce to zero any building restrictions on the land).

All the plots of this project are the property of Brasov Logistic Park SA.

The landscape is picturesque, with a wide view over Tara Barsei and a nice perspective on the surrounding hills.

Most part of the land has an inclination of 4-5% , but there are also areas situated on a slope, with an inclination of 15-16%.
